Omega-3 is Vital

If you are a sushi or seafood lover and you haven’t tried poke bowls before, where have you been?? Poke bowls are essentially a great way to get all your nutrients in and make sure that you’re getting enough of everything for your body. I love salmon, so when I get a poke bowl it’s usually with that. There are other options like tuna, yellow tail, spicy salmon, and eel. Most poke bowls have a base of rice (brown or white) and consists of a lot of other toppings like sliced cucumbers, seaweed salad, green onions, and sesame seeds. Try it, you won’t regret it! Plus, eating fish or any other type of seafood allows you to get nutrients that you simple can’t get from just beef or chicken. Omega-3 has endless benefits including: increasing in brain health, improving risk factors for heart disease, fighting depression and anxiety, and lowering elevated blood pressure and heart rate.
