I understand that spicy food is not for everyone and some people just can’t handle it. Sriracha sauce is a good first step to trying anything spicy. It’s not too spicy where your tongue will be burning, but it definitely adds a kick to any food. At first when I discovered this I was a little kid and who would always put this in my noodle soups but then as I grew older I started putting it on many other things. I love drizzling a generous amount on my scrambled eggs or omelettes. The good part about using this on your eggs or whatever, is that you don’t need to add additional seasoning because Sriracha is already flavorful enough.
