Dessert Without the Guilt

Many people have cravings for sweets but sometimes once you eat a chocolate bar or a snickers bar, you feel like garbage. Chocolate is something that some people can keep eating and eating and not realize that they’ve finished a whole box of Lindor truffles. Acai bowls are pretty trendy right now, but who wants to spend over $10 on a single bowl of basically fruit and granola…? No one does. Now you can make your own smoothie bowl and customize it to how you want. My personal favorite is a smoothie bowl with a base containing frozen blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries. For toppings, I usually use half a banana, granola, fresh raspberries, and coconut shavings. Now you can enjoy a delicious alternative to dessert without feeling guilty!!
